Dear Readers,
Sometimes the headlines feel like they can barely keep up: new models, fresh platforms, bold promises — yet a deeper pattern emerges. AI is no longer just about speed and scale, it’s reaching into domains once thought untouchable. From safeguarding young users to robots capable of printing houses, the boundaries of technology are being stretched in real time.
In today’s issue, you’ll find OpenAI’s new parental controls for ChatGPT, the debut of Sora2, a TikTok-style app for AI-generated videos, and DeepSeek’s experimental model designed for long-context efficiency. We’ll also explore Claude Sonnet 4.5, built for long-running AI agents, and robots that transform raw earth into livable structures. The thread running through it all: how far human–machine collaboration has already advanced — and what surprises may lie just ahead.
In Today’s Issue:
🤯 Claude Sonnet 4.5 can now operate continuously
🤖 NVIDIA just unveiled its open-source Newton Physics Engine and Isaac GR00T
🏡 Robots are now 3D-printing entire houses on-site in a single day
✨ And more AI goodness…
All the best,

Parental Controls Launch In ChatGPT
OpenAI is introducing parental controls in ChatGPT, featuring tools to help parents guide teen usage. A key innovation is a safety notification system that alerts parents if their child may be at risk of self-harm. This marks the first implementation of such proactive safeguards in the platform.

OpenAI Launches Sora2 Video App
OpenAI is set to debut Sora 2, a standalone social app for AI-generated short videos in a TikTok-like format. Users can remix clips, verify their identity, and control use of their likeness, positioning the platform against Meta and Google amid TikTok’s uncertain U.S. outlook. Key hurdles include copyright, safety, and age-related regulations.

DeepSeek Unveils V3.2-Exp Model
DeepSeek has launched V3.2-Exp, an experimental model introducing DeepSeek Sparse Attention (DSA) for faster, more efficient long-context performance with minimal quality loss. Available via app, web, and API—with prices cut by over 50%—the release includes open-source access on Hugging Face and supporting GPU kernels for researchers.

ChatGPT already helps millions of people find what to buy. Now it can help them buy it too.

ChatGPT now enables direct purchases with Instant Checkout, starting with Etsy and Shopify integrations. Powered by an open-source Agentic Commerce Protocol built with Stripe, the feature lets merchants and developers easily add agent-driven shopping to their platforms.
Companies are reducing entry-level positions as AI adoption and economic uncertainty reshape hiring strategies, leaving graduates facing record unemployment. With fewer starter and mid-level roles, firms must rethink professional development and leadership pipelines, though clear solutions remain undefined

The Takeaway
👉 Claude 4.5 pushes “agentic AI” into new terrain: over 30 hours of continuous operation.
👉 Tool and software interaction improves: the model better navigates UIs, executes code, edits files, and manages context.
👉 It comes with an Agent SDK and alignment safeguards — empowering developers while mitigating risks.
👉 Real-world impact looms: long-horizon agents may reframe productivity, workflows, and what’s delegable.
A single AI coding non-stop for 30 hours? That’s precisely what Anthropic claims with its new Claude Sonnet 4.5 - a model built to sustain complex, real-world agentic tasks over long time spans.

In short: Claude 4.5 can act like a “digital coworker,” operating software, writing large codebases, managing context, and coordinating subtasks — all without needing to “rest.” It’s engineered for agentic workloads: multi-step, goal-driven tasks across tools and environments.

This matters especially to the AI community because we’re pushing past toy demos into agents that actually carry out work with minimal supervision. Claude 4.5 is a leap toward that: longer autonomy, stronger tool use, and alignment mechanisms to reduce risky behavior.

Why it matters: because sustained-agent capability turns AI from prompt responders into persistent executors of work. And that shift may redraw the frontier of human–machine collaboration.

NVIDIA Unveils Newton Physics Engine
At CoRL 2025, NVIDIA announced the open-source Newton Physics Engine, co-developed with Google DeepMind and Disney Research, now integrated into Isaac Lab. Together with the new Isaac GR00T reasoning model and Cosmos world models, it offers a powerful open platform for training, testing, and transferring robot skills from simulation to reality. Global universities like Stanford, ETH Zurich, and NUS, along with leading robotics firms such as Boston Dynamics and Agility Robotics, are already adopting these tools. By combining Newton for physics, GR00T for reasoning, and Omniverse for simulation, NVIDIA aims to accelerate the development of humanoid and general-purpose robots.
Robots 3D-Print Houses On-Site

Crest Robotics and Earthbuilt Technology have unveiled “Charlotte,” a robotic system that can 3D-print buildings by ingesting and processing local materials such as sand, soil, or crushed brick. The machine aims to construct up to 200 square meters of housing in a single day and could even be adapted for space construction on the Moon.
