Chief of Staff / AI Researcher

Superintelligence is rapidly becoming the top media company for all things AI. With over 225k+ subscribers, 100k+ followers, and a podcast launching soon, we are in need of a full-time Chief of Staff / AI Researcher to work directly with Kim Isenberg (@kimmonismus). This is effectively an apprenticeship with one of the world’s top creators. You will get an insider education as a key piece of a high-growth media company. You’ll be the person who researches & reviews AI tools and turns them into viral content.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll run the full lifecycle of Superintelligence’s sponsored content:

• Test & deeply understand new AI tools (you must love this part).

• Create demo videos (Loom-style walkthroughs).

• Draft tweet threads, one-liners, and hooks that match Kim’s voice).

• Coordinate with sponsors to get assets and finalize deliverables.

• Prep Kim with notes + scripts so he can record his parts in minutes.

• Maintain quality + vibe so sponsored posts feel organic and valuable.

You’re basically the producer, researcher, editor, and hype architect behind a top creator.

Who You Are

• Obsessed with AI tools. You jump in and play before reading the manual.

• Extremely strong written communicator. Clean, punchy, and clever.

• Comfortable with vibecoding (you can feel what hits on X).

• Organized enough to manage multiple sponsor workflows.

• Creative enough to turn a boring tool into a banger piece of content.

• Ambitious. You want to learn to grow fast.
