• DALL-E 3 API: There's this cool tool that turns text into images, and now it's available for you to use. Plus, it comes with tools to keep things in check.

• Text-to-Speech API: A new API that provides access to multiple preset voices, allowing for a wide range of audio content generation.

• Copyright Shield Program: OpenAI is looking out for businesses by protecting them from copyright issues when using OpenAI's stuff.

• Whisper Large v3: The latest version of Whisper, the voice recognition system, is out in the wild, and it's open for everyone to use.

• New Token Limit: The token per limit rate for all paying GPT-4 customers has been doubled.
